What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, brand name, site URL, specialty, main goal and timezone.
- Material you give the crew, such as writing samples and URLs, and what the bots produce from it.
- Support conversations and the notes Halo keeps to remember your preferences.
- Billing status from Stripe. We never receive your full card number.
- Basic usage counts so we can apply monthly limits, and cookie-free page analytics from Vercel.
Why we use it
To run the service you signed up for: produce your plans, drafts and reports, send the emails tied to your account, provide support, and bill you. We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase, for the database and sign-in.
- Anthropic, to run the AI models behind each bot.
- Stripe, for payments.
- Resend, for email.
- Vercel, for hosting and cookie-free analytics.
Emails
We send account emails, like sign-in links, receipts and trial reminders, plus a weekly plan and short lessons tied to your goal. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can export your data as a JSON file or delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion removes your records from our database and cancels your subscription. Stripe keeps payment records it is required to keep, and backups expire on our hosting provider’s schedule.
