Halo looks after you
Halo is the crew’s concierge. It remembers your brand and what you’re working on, so you never explain yourself twice. When something breaks, Halo owns it until you say it’s fixed.
If Halo can’t answer, it says so plainly and brings in Jake, the person who built AstroBot, with the whole story already written up.

Does AstroBot send emails or post for me?
No. The crew writes plans, drafts and reports. You copy what you like into Klaviyo, Shopify or wherever you publish, and you press send.
What do I need to get started?
Your site URL, what you sell, and the one thing you need most right now. A few samples of your writing help Quill learn your voice.
What happens when the trial ends?
You add a card when you start. If you keep AstroBot past the 7 free days, the card is charged $49 a month. We email you before the trial ends so it never surprises you.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, in two clicks. We’ll ask why and may offer a pause. You can still leave right then.
Is Beacon’s report the same as what ChatGPT would say?
Not exactly. Beacon runs your buyers’ questions through an AI model with live web search and shows the sources behind each answer. It’s a snapshot of where you stand, not a ranking or a guarantee of what any one assistant will say.
